Yes. We build buyer relationships through sample testing and transparent communication. Sample cost and courier charges are agreed case by case — many first orders include a complimentary sample, while larger custom requests are billed at cost. We favor risk-controlled trade: transactions backed by Letter of Credit (LC) and transparent contracts. Specific terms are agreed per contract based on order size and destination.

After we agree on specs, quantity, and price, your bank issues an LC in our favor per the contract terms. We ship once the LC is confirmed, then present the required shipping documents (invoice, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and others agreed in the contract) to the bank for payment release. We walk you through each step during contract negotiation so there are no surprises.

Every shipment is batch-tested for moisture, purity, and chemical residues before dispatch. Lab test reports can be shared with buyers as part of the contract documentation.

Yes. Buyers are welcome to commission an independent pre-shipment inspection through agencies such as SGS or Bureau Veritas, at the buyer's cost unless otherwise agreed in the contract. We coordinate access and scheduling with your chosen inspection agency.

Every shipment ships against agreed specifications and batch test results, which limits disputes to genuine exceptions. If a quality or quantity discrepancy is raised, we work from the shared lab reports and inspection findings agreed in the contract to resolve it — including replacement, credit, or partial refund as appropriate. Dispute resolution terms are set out in the contract before shipment.

Standard documentation includes a Certificate of Origin (COO), phytosanitary certificate, fumigation certificate, and Certificate of Analysis (COA) from batch testing, alongside the commercial invoice and bill of lading.
